Shadows and Associates  is a growing group of working men and women, professionals, agency heads, and business owners who provide temporary work or community services. Provides personal assistant/administrative services to busy professionals and busy moms. Services include child-guard that shadows your child or teen at outings and parties for the purpose of preventing missing persons, abuse, and DUI, answering services, courier services, pharmacy and shopping, and licensed sports fitness and nutrition training. We train sport fighters. We seek to solicit and provide jobs through small tasks such as routine grave-site cleaning and maintenance, storefront cleaning, office cleaning, and other services.
After decades of pastoral ministry and a life-changing injury Jim and Carolyn Harnage sought for a way to continue their ministry. They took outreach to a new level and gave it a new face and a new purpose by supplying secular services from a faith-based point of view. Their vision blossomed into a group of services that helps provide services and jobs for others. Other individuals also recognized an opportunity to join the outreach and enjoy a place in life where they, too, could serve God with their talents and skills. From this union came The SIMRO Group under which has grown many services that meet the secular needs as well as the spiritual needs of families The membership and activities has resulted in a geographical area with lines from Florida to Ohio to California forming a triangle representing the Triune God in God the Father, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
Though SIMRO is not a church denomination it provides spiritual prayer and guidance for families. Prayer is offered before each investigation, before every case is opened, with each family who suffers tragedy, with each family who receives clothing and toys, and before each workshop. However, do not misconstrue the term “Ministry” or “Outreach” in the name as a sign of misguided compassion or overzealous activity. The SIMRO Group, though faith-based, is business through and through. Our instructors are on business whether teaching subjects, conducting clothing drives, or investigations.
The SIMRO Group Operates on monetary donations and donations such as boats, vehicles, small appliances, clothes, and toys.

If your family, church, community, rural group, or agency can use our services or if you need a service or wish to inquire further into becoming a short term or temporary employment provider please contact us at either contact below.
Thank you.
